Our Small Group Training (SGT) combines the energy and inspiration of group exercise with the individual attention from a personal training session. Small group sessions ensure coaches can provide personalized programming that include live heart rate monitoring throughout the session to provide a unique fitness experience backed by science. We track & monitor your heart rate to provide you with real feedback on your workout so you understand the science behind how to get the most out of your workouts and push your limits safely.
Once you sign up, go ahead and do the following:
- Download the MyZone app found on the Apple App store or Google Play.
- Create a user profile. Once you purchase your band we will set you up
- Get w/ an Uptown Team Member to schedule your assessments w/ the Trainer
